Factory acceptance testing of a brand-new laboratory system has been successfully completed. The new system, manufactured by HF Innovation and supplied by AUTONOMA, will automate a range of repetitive tasks including PQ analysis, bottle decapping, sample pouring and particle counting analysis.
This will allow for unattended sample preparation and analysis of over 2,000 samples per day, while reducing operator exposure to fumes and repetitive strains, allowing them to focus on more valuable tasks within the lab.
This new development means WesTrac WA will have one of the most advanced and automated condition monitoring labs in the world, ultimately delivering a safer working environment for our team members, and improved quality and turn-around times for our customers. The modular design of the new system also allows for the addition of further sample preparation and analysis modules in the future.
