This state-of-the-art system is designed to streamline the handling of oral fluid sample vials, improving both efficiency and safety within the laboratory.
The robotic system carefully cuts the security tape on individual vials, decaps them, and places them into an instrument rack for immunoassay analysis. Once testing is complete, the rack can be reintroduced into the system, which automatically recaps each vial. This seamless workflow significantly reduces manual handling and repetitive tasks, minimizing staff exposure to potential hazards and allowing laboratory personnel to focus on higher-value responsibilities.
